Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original D.I.D / DirtStar packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
